Our beloved rector, the Reverend Vincent Shamo, set aside his earthly labors and entered into his rest on the feast of St Francis Xavier, December 3, 2020.  Fr. Shamo had served as rector of the Parish of St. Mary in Palms since 2005 until his passing.  His obituary is here.

 

A viewing will be held at the Angelus Funeral Home on Monday, December 14, 2020 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

The Requiem Mass for Fr. Shamo was held on Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.  

 

Due to Covid restrictions, only the family and participating clergy were in physical attendance.
